Purus These terms are an agreement between you and Purus Solutions LLC ("we", "us"), which makes games as Purus Game Studio. They cover our game Mono Run (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.
1. Who can play
The Game is rated for players 17 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with a parent or guardian's permission, and they accept these terms for you.
2. Stay safe while you walk
The Game is played by walking in the real world. Always pay attention to your surroundings. Don't play while driving, cycling or crossing streets, don't go anywhere unsafe or where you're not allowed, and obey local laws. The Game is entertainment, not a medical or fitness device; step counts come from your phone and may not be exact. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise routine. You are responsible for your own safety while playing.
3. Your license to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game, its art, characters, music and code belong to Purus Solutions LLC and its licensors. Except as the law allows, you may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or make cheats, bots or tools that interfere with the Game, including faking step counts.
4. Virtual items and Gems
The Game includes virtual currency (such as Mo-No Cash and Gems) and virtual items (such as outfits, weapons and loot box contents). You can earn them by playing, and you may be able to buy Gems with real money.
- Virtual currency and items have no real-world cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can only be used in the Game. You get a license to use them, not ownership.
- Loot boxes give random items; the Game shows the chances of each rarity before you open one.
- Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies, and as required by law.
- We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items and prices as the Game evolves.
5. Your progress
Game progress is saved on your device. If you uninstall the Game, lose your phone or reset it, your progress may be lost, and we can't restore it.
6. Updates and changes
We may update the Game, add or remove features, or stop offering it. We may also update these terms; we'll change the date at the top, and if you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
7. Ending these terms
You can stop playing and delete the Game at any time. We may end your license if you break these terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the Game will be error-free, always available, or count every step.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Purus Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury or loss from playing the Game, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
11. Apple and Google
These terms are between you and Purus Solutions LLC, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Game or its support, but they and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
