Steps
My steps aren't counting (Android)
- Make sure Health Connect is installed and up to date (on Android 14 and later it's built into Settings).
- Open Health Connect > App permissions > Mono Run and turn on Steps.
- Check that your phone, or the app that records your steps, is allowed to write steps to Health Connect.
- Close Mono Run completely and open it again.
My steps aren't counting (iPhone)
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Motion & Fitness.
- Turn on Fitness Tracking, and turn on Mono Run in the list.
- Close Mono Run completely and open it again.
Do steps count when the game is closed?
Yes. Your phone keeps counting, and the next time you open Mono Run your Mo-No uses the steps you walked while you were away.
Why is my step count different from another app?
Mono Run uses the steps your phone records. Apps can count slightly differently, and there is a daily limit on how many steps count toward the game.
Purchases
I bought Gems but didn't get them
Close Mono Run completely and open it again while connected to the internet. If they still don't appear, email us with the date of the purchase and your order number from the App Store or Google Play receipt.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them: on iPhone, at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, from your order history in Google Play.
Your progress and data
Will I lose my progress if I delete the game or change phones?
Right now progress is saved on your phone, so deleting the game or resetting your phone erases it. Saving progress online is planned for a later update.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling Mono Run deletes your game data, and you can turn off step access in your phone's settings at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
